Inspection Outcomes and Actions

Choice Places carries out a series of joint public inspections of it open areas across the growing seasons. You’ll find the dates for these in the Estates Inspection Calendar and advertised on Facebook.

At the inspections staff attend on site with our landscape maintenance contractor, John O’Conner to look at our areas of open space and landscape maintenance.  Whilst staff complete a full Estate Inspection Report and record actions and outcomes we thought it might be helpful to highlight the main areas for action identified following these inspections:
